Returns and Exchanges Policy

Candles

In the USA, we can only take returns or exchanges for unburned candles still in their original state. But we want you to be happy with your order — please reach out to support@birthdatecandles.com if you have any issues. 

For Australia orders, we are currently not accepting returns due to the distance and time of transit. However, we will always find a way help you if you reach us at support@birthdatecandles.com

Birthdate Books

Unfortunately, since each book is personalized to each individual, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges

Birthstone Rings

We cover the cost of return shipping for size exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Email us at support@birthdatecandles.com to start an exchange.

Birthdate Pendants

Pendants with engraving will not be accepted for returns. Returns and exchanges are to be sent back in their original packaging, with both the pendant and chain. Please email our team for assistance.
